Beautiful! I’ve never seen it this empty before. Love this.
Unless it’s raining, you are right, it’s usually jammed with folks! I love this place!
Interesting. There is a Jackson Square in my city also but it’s a shopping mall named after a former mayor. It’s no where as attractive as this.
This is in the French Quarter section of New Orleans.. no shopping mall but some cool shops and such 🙂
What a super shot ! Somebody oughta buy it off you for postcards !
You are too kind 🙂
ME ? – never !
Jackson Square, certainly my favorite spot in New Orleans. Looks naked without its cast of characters though, Lynne. 🙂 –Curt
This is indeed a rare moment, hence why I enjoyed it’s solitude 🙂
A lovely photo – well composed with the few pedestrians at the right places and the knight just in front of the church. Great light coming from the sky – that I believe was hard to get under control…
Thank you very much Otto.. This one did require some post processing as the light was really over exposed in some area and under in others.. practice, practice 🙂
It’s been years since I’ve been in New Orleans. This brings back lots of great memories 🙂
