Inside the lobby of my office building. The juxtaposition of the cool, classy interior vs the lush vegetation out side never fails to amaze me.

Now that I’ve seen the lobby where you work and I compared it to the one where I work, I want to cry

This kind of juxtaposition became irritating after 2 years in Las Vegas, in the summer. Cool and nice inside – hot and hellish outside. Palm trees are traitors!

Yes indeed..I live in Florida so I am all to familiar with the strength sapping weather..Palm trees provide zero shade!

As much as I like the view, I like the colors, reflections and just the whole photo. Makes me long for summer! 🙂

How many times have you seen this photo in your head before you decide to take the picture. Having worked there I’m sure you have planned the timing of the day and when the reflections where at there peak. good picture

Jeff, I normally dislike the “typical” office building but I do admit this is a rarity and I am fortunate to work for a company that provides such great surroundings. You are an outside man, you would love the gardens ..360 degrees of foliage outside!

The problem with that is I’d never want to work inside. If I come to work there do you think they’d let me put my desk outside? 😉

Chris, I am so far from the typical “Corporate” employee..Perhaps that is why I love street photography so much.. It’s natural, unstagged!
Thanks so much for the visit and have a great new week!

I love this and can’t help but wonder about the EXIT sign over the door…….to me it is more like an entry into that gorgeous exterior. Oh and yes, my office lobby looks nothing like that! Beautiful photograph.

I’m with you.. I love the outside grounds 100% better than that shiny interior.. Although, it is nice to look at on a Monday morning when dragging in to work!
