One of the best examples of Juxtaposition I have are photographs from a Non-Profit Poetry/Art zine I founded a few years ago.
Take-it-to-the-street-poetry was founded on the premise of “getting words to people that don’t get words”.
With the support of many, many writers, poets, artists and photographers over 29 Volumes have been printed and distributed any and everywhere.
No matter what you art is, please share it freely with the world. A photo, poem, art piece can bring so much to those who have forgotten it’s beauty.
Here are a few examples of where the zines were dropped:
Outside in some Bushes:
In a Refrigerator at an office:

Interesting concept! So you just leave them places for others to pick up?

Delightful Lynne, and something I didn’t know about you. The “bathroom” book would have caught me. ๐ I always store reading materials in my restrooms and am more than happy to pick up reading materials that others have left behind. โCurt

Thanks Curt.. To date, one of the best “hobbies” I’ve done.. After a few years though time became sparse so have stepped back.. Might resume it one day..
These books have been dropped globally in some of the oddest places ..

Neat story, Lynne. Kind of like our blogs. You never know what remote corner of the earth they might show up in.
