  1. Hi sixdegreesphotography, thanks for stopping by my blog. I love this picture, it reminds me of a 12-hour train ride I took from Singapore to Kelantan in Malaysia, which I enjoyed thoroughly because of the various views including beautiful scenery. That is the amazing thing about train rides, isn’t it? 🙂

  2. Train tracks do have a way of stretching off into the distance and promising adventure… right up there with the mournful sound of a train whistle. Reminds me of my childhood when I would happily follow the old Southern Pacific tracks through the woods. –Curt

      1. Doubly so if it is your only option. But I believe it is different if you choose it as a lifestyle, like my brother does. Or I did when I spent six months wandering around North America on a bicycle by myself, often camping out beside the road. (Wish I had been into photography at the time.) -Curt

      1. I love that about your camera. =) !
The poetry I started a few months ago here was the first in about 10 years – and that last one from the past something for fun. It was at the encouragement of a poet out here who saw an old, old poem of mine that I ventured once again. Amazing what we can do for one another. Thank you so much for the encouragement. Keep up the stunning “writing”.
